Week 1
We map quantities, materials, and price-points against the campaign goal — not the other way around.
Weeks 2–3
Tech packs and photoreal mockups so stakeholders approve the real thing, not an illustration.
Weeks 4–5
Physical pre-production samples reviewed in-studio. We iterate until fabric, color, and finish are right.
Weeks 6–9
Full run with mid-production QC. We send photo updates at every milestone.
Week 10
Pallet delivery, kitting, or dropship to your audience — your choice.
